Shipping and Exchange Policy
• All orders placed online ship within 2 business days. If you order an item that is a presale, we will ship it as soon as it arrives.
• Once an order ships, you will receive a tracking number. We ship all items via UPS or FedEx unless there is an exception for your address. We are not responsible for your item once it has shipped.
•Full price items purchased online or in store may be returned for store credit within 10 days of your purchase. This store credit is good for one calendar year.
• You are responsible for shipping on a returned item if you chose to mail it - you MUST communicate all tracking information. Once your package is received you will be notified. Please make returns to the following address: 1200 Eastover Dr, Suite 180, Jackson, MS 39211
YOU MAY NOT RETURN
• YOU MAY NOT RETURN SALE or CLEARANCE items. Those sales are FINAL. No exceptions, please.
• We do not accept returns on socks, hair bows, swimwear, toys, gift certificates, hats, or headbands.
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. If you try clothes on your child and they get dirty, your return will not be accepted.
• Registry returns will be accepted on non sale, non seasonal merchandise for store credit. We will work with registrants to ensure you are getting what you need and want! We ask that you return all unwanted items within 30 days after your due date.
